The DC Metro is a government agency. Why is it, or any other government entity, selling advertisements in the first place? How to resolve this? Privatize the government functions or stop them from selling advertising. What about the revenues? Raise the fees. Don’t want to pay the fees or the taxes? End the government involvement.
